A few moments to make Dear Cupid feel like home.
Open My Community Profile from the menu to choose your username and write a few words about yourself. This is how other members will know you in the community.
Open your profile →Choose how you appear: a monogram of one or two letters in the colour you like, or one of our music illustrations — finished with a frame colour of your choice.
Choose your avatar →Browse 108 destination wallpapers by category or search, and pick one to set the atmosphere of your homepage and profile banner — or turn atmosphere off. Use Banner Position to frame it perfectly, and download a matching phone wallpaper where your device supports it.
Choose a destination →Add Dear Cupid to your home screen so it opens just like an app, one tap away.

A Community Profile mood badge is optional and expires that day. Consent and deletion controls stay within Heartbeat.

Every life has a soundtrack. Celebrate the songs, albums and artists that have shaped yours — and discover what moves everyone else.
Add your favourite songs and, if you like, the memory behind each one. Your song choices automatically count towards the community Hot List without showing who chose them. New memories in My Soundtrack are shared on the Hot List with your Community name once they pass our checks, unless you switch sharing off or keep a memory private. Earlier memories stay private.
Build your soundtrack →Browse Top Songs That Say I Love You and Top Heartbreak Songs, nominate a song or vote for a favourite. Top Feel-Good Anthems has its own page in Music & Memories.
Explore the charts →Explore uplifting favourites chosen by members, and add your own feel-good songs to the chart.
Feel good →If you could take only five albums, which would they be? Choose yours, each with an optional private memory.
Choose your albums →Pick the five artists who mean the most to you, with a private memory for each if you wish.
Choose your artists →Everything musical in one place, including Song of the Day.

Explore discussion rooms, join conversations, or start your own. Posts are checked before they appear, and you’ll find everything you’ve written under My Lounge contributions.
Visit the Love Lounge →After reviewing the consent choices, ask for relationship advice in a text conversation, and listen to replies using an available AI voice. Your conversations aren’t shown to other members; you can revisit or delete them and withdraw consent. Usage allowances apply. Dear Cupid is an AI adviser, not a professional counsellor or emergency service.

Find a place →05 · Coming 1 January 2027
Connections will be Dear Cupid’s music-led dating experience, bringing people together through shared interests, values and music. Public dating is planned to open on 1 January 2027, subject to launch readiness. It is not open now; advance registration and profile preparation are separate from dating access.
Eligible members who complete their basic dating profile by 11:59pm UK time on 31 December 2026 qualify for complimentary Premium from 1–30 January 2027 inclusive. This includes gender, who you’re interested in, location, Connections consent and a submitted main photo, alongside verified email and age eligibility. Photo approval and optional sections aren’t required by the deadline. No card or subscription is needed; the offer doesn’t open dating early.

Understand your choices, find support and feel comfortable taking part. Sign in to open your personal settings; policies and contact details are available to everyone.
Heartbeat answers and Mood Journey, Dear Diary, Ask Dear Cupid conversations, and your personal music memories aren’t shown to other members. The Privacy Policy explains service processing and permitted staff access. Manage Ask Dear Cupid consent in the menu’s Ask Dear Cupid Privacy & Consent page; Heartbeat has its own separate controls.
Ask Dear Cupid consent →Your approved Community Profile and published Love Lounge contributions can be seen by other members. A mood badge is shown only if you turn sharing on in Heartbeat. Memories you submit with a community chart nomination — and new My Soundtrack memories you choose to share — can appear publicly once they pass moderation. Review each choice before submitting.
Privacy Policy →In the Love Lounge, use Report on another member’s discussion or reply, choose a reason, add any details and tap Send report. Reports go to moderators for review; sending one doesn’t automatically remove the content. If no report control is available, contact us. When Connections opens, its controls include Report on profiles and Report this conversation in chats.
Community Guidelines →A question, a problem or an idea? We’d love to hear from you.
Contact us →To permanently close your whole Dear Cupid account, open Ask Dear Cupid Privacy & Consent from the member menu. The account-closure instructions are near the bottom. There is currently no self-service Delete Account button.
Email info@dearcupid.app from the address linked to your account and ask for account closure. We will confirm your identity, agree what should happen to your published Love Lounge contributions, and confirm when closure is completed. The Privacy Policy says we respond to data-rights requests within one month; it gives no fixed completion time for account closure.
Closure removes your sign-in account and profile, photographs, Ask Dear Cupid conversations, private diary entries, Heartbeat check-ins and associated personal records. Your Connections profile is also removed; some consent and safety records may need to be retained. Love Lounge contributions are removed or shown as “Former Member”, as agreed with you. Shared catalogue songs remain without a link to you.
Your My Soundtrack selections and memories, Desert Island Albums and Favourite Artists collections are removed with your Community Profile. Songs in the shared catalogue and other members’ contributions are not deleted.
Some records may be kept for legal, financial, moderation, security or safety obligations. Copies can remain in secure backups and technical logs until their normal removal, or longer where a legitimate obligation applies. The Privacy Policy explains these limits.
Once completed, permanent deletion cannot be undone and your membership ends. Save anything you want to keep before requesting closure. Deleting Ask Dear Cupid conversations, withdrawing consent or leaving Connections alone does not close your whole account.
Everyone deserves a little love.
